Amber booked me months ago for her November wedding, but because Phillip travels for his job, we were having a hard time finding a time that worked for us both for an engagement session. When she mentioned he had a break during the last week in June, I was so bummed to have to tell her that we had actually planned our family vacation during that time….but threw in a little joke about how if they wanted to come to Florida, I would love to do their session on the beach.
I was surprised and delighted when she emailed back a YES, they would love to do a session in Florida! Amber and Phillip drove to Destin, and met up with me at the Crab Trap just outside of Destin this weekend, and I took an evening out of vacation to shoot their session. Yes, I know I have trouble staying away from work. But, since our vacation is nearly 2 weeks long, I think the one session wasn’t too terribly bad, was it?!!
Amber and Phillip were introduced by mutual friends over three years ago, and were engaged in Las Vegas last New Years. I am so excited to be shooting their 11.11.11 wedding this fall!
