Absolutely nothing was going to ruin Brandi and Daniel’s day. Not the rain, which held off, or a little mud, which wiped off, or the clouds, which came and went. It was a gorgeous day, and even though the wedding was moved into the pavilion because the threat of rain was too ominent, the day was flawless. When I arrived at the cabin atop Nebo for the details shots and a few shots of Brandi getting ready, I was taken aback to find Brandi ready and waiting. That never happens! Inevitably, the bride is always running behind, which is fine, I just plan for it. But, not Brandi. She was ready to shimmie into her gorgeous dress and head off to see her groom!
I was so happy that Brandi and Daniel elected to see each other before the ceremony, because this enabled us to spend almost an hour shooting relaxed couple portraits, and really just helped the entire day flow smoothly. The clouds allowed for some nice, diffused light, and the setting on Mt. Nebo couldn’t have been more beautiful! Here are a few of my favorite shots from Brandi and Daniel’s wedding, followed by a slideshow!

Brandi and Daniel, I wish you all the happiness and joy imaginable! It has been a pleasure to get to know you over the last few months, and you have made me feel like a friend and not just the photographer! Have a blast in Mexico!
