Family Mini Sessions

Today was a first for me. Instead of doing hour-long sessions, I agreed to have a bunch of mini-sessions for some of the families I work with at Pottsville. It was a lot of fun, but exhausting! There were several little ones to chase around, and some big ones who made me work to coax a smile, so I am about to crash, but I did want to post just a few favorites from each session.

I was so convicted today, when Tosha asked if she and Chris could take some “romantic” pictures. I focus so much on “romantic” engagement shots, I forget married couples should get some love, too! So, we took a few pictures as couples, and I am so glad Tosha asked, because engaged people may be crazy-in-love, but the bond of love in an established marriage is a different kind of sweet, and just as precious. So, thanks to Tosha, for reminding me!

Mariah is my right-hand gal at school. If she could just hang out in the library all day, my job would be a breeze…….

To all my families today– I had a blast and thank you so much for allowing me to photograph a moment in your lives…
